  2. Full refund if cancellation request is received 14 days prior to reservation date.
  3. Minimum stay of 2 days required, unless prearranged
  4. Open year round
  5. No smoking in the cottage
  6. Check in after 3pm. Check out 12 noon
  7. Cottage sleeps 6
    master bedroom queen sized bed
    loft bedroom has a queen and a single bed up a spiraling staircase.
    Double size futon can open in the living area if needed
  8. Any damages, including pet damage, are the responsibility of the guest
